Before founding Albatross Healthcare in 2020, I spent over 10 years in the insurance industry in various roles, and watched how international health insurance was typically sold in the UK: by general insurance brokers or financial advisers who treated it as an afterthought. Many only compared purely on price, and policies were often sold by large firms where your policy is one of thousands being processed by whoever picks up the phone that day.

I set up Albatross Healthcare with a single focus: international private medical insurance for families and professionals who expect a genuinely personal service. That means I handle your case directly. I know your medical history, your family situation, your insurer's quirks, and your renewal date without looking it up.
We serve over 250 clients - predominantly high-net-worth families, Russian-speaking expats, and global professionals based in the UK and all over the world - almost all of whom found us through a personal recommendation. That's not an accident. It's the result of doing the job properly, every time.
