PRIVACY NOTICE (ENQUIRY FORM)

When you submit an enquiry, we may collect:

- Correspondence data: the content of your message and our replies; and
- Technical data (limited): IP address, device/browser information, and server logs (to protect the Website and prevent abuse). If we use anti-spam tools (e.g., CAPTCHA), such providers may process certain technical data for security purposes.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiry and communicating with you. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and conducting corporate communications; and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (where applicable).

We do not use enquiry form data for direct marketing unless you explicitly request it or separately opt in.

- Affiliates within Movchan’s Alliance to the extent necessary to route and respond to your enquiry (for example, if your enquiry relates to a particular group entity).

We keep enquiry form data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain appropriate records. As a general rule, we retain enquiry correspondence for 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction/objection to the processing of your personal data, and to request portability of your data.

If your enquiry relates to processing by a Cayman Islands entity, you may also contact the Cayman Islands Office of the Ombudsman (the supervisory authority under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act).
