Igor Nemtsov is an expert in citizenship, residency and international real estate investment, with more than 10 years’ experience in the investment migration industry.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Higher School of Economics and a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom.
Over the past decade, Igor has built extensive experience in international real estate sales across the Caribbean, Turkey, the UAE and key European markets, including Greece, Cyprus, Spain and Portugal.
He led the launch of ASTONS in Russia and now heads the company’s international office in Dubai. Igor regularly appears as an expert in Russian and international media, commenting on investment migration, second citizenship, global mobility and overseas real estate investment.
