Alexander Alekseev

Alexander Alekseev is the Managing Partner of GSL Law & Consulting, bringing over 30 years of professional experience to one of the leading international tax and legal advisory firms in the market. With 27 years at GSL, throughout his career at GSL, Alexander has built the firm's expertise across international tax planning, corporate structuring, offshore and onshore company formation, and cross-border legal advisory. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Moscow State Technical University n.a. N.E. Bauman and a Law degree from the Higher School of Economics, and is a member of the International Tax Planning Association.

Throughout his career, Alexander has developed deep expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals and businesses on complex international matters — including foreign company registration, overseas banking, KIK compliance, Russian Federation tax reporting, and immigration and relocation planning.
